Sign In
Log in to Online Banking or open the HCCU Mobile App.

Open Card Connect
Under the main menu, select Card Connect or find it under the More button in the mobile experience

Enroll (1st time only)
Verify your identity with a one-time code, accept the terms, and you’re ready to go.

Freeze/Unfreeze Your Card
Instantly lock your card if it’s lost or misplaced, and unlock when you find it.
Set Alerts
Get real-time push or email notifications for purchases, declines, or unusual activity.
Customize Controls
Limit spending amounts, block merchant categories, or restrict card-not-present transactions.

How to Complete a Balance Transfer
Save money by moving high-interest balances to your HCCU credit card. Here’s how:
- Log in to Online Banking or the HCCU Mobile App
- Select Card Connect from the main navigation bar, or under More in the mobile experience
- Choose “Balance Transfer” from under Manage Card
- Enter your other card information (account number, amount to transfer, and lender details)
- Submit your request and we’ll take care of the rest
Tip: Balance transfers are subject to credit approval. Allow up to 10 business days for processing.
