I made the drive over to Gold River and had the great opportunity to sit down with Alex. It was a great conversation/Interaction. He is very knowledgeable, super positive and in my opinion an asset to your company. Because of this interaction I have not only closed my other account, I have switched over my direct deposit and recommended Heritage Credit Union to family members, friends and even co-workers. I wish that there were more agents like Alex who take the time to get to know the Member and then make solid recommendations that will truly benefit the member.
