Virtual appointments may be scheduled for the same day if there are times available.
Which staff member should I select from the list?
When booking your appointment, staff selection is optional. If you do not select a member of staff, we will pair your appointment with the staff member who is available.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
Please have your ID and any supporting documentation you may need for the topic you’re looking to discuss.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Once you book an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email. You can use the information in that email to cancel or schedule your appointment.
