| How do I access my BaZing benefits? |
| HCCU will activate your membership prior to you leaving the branch via online or mobile banking. |

How do I access my discounts? |

It may be actual printed coupons, the BaZing mobile app or the Health Savings Card depending upon the discount type. Instructions on how to access discounts are found with each offer. |
| If I am enrolled on-line will my email address be sold to any other companies? |
| No. Never. |
| I tried to use my coupon and it didn’t work. What do I do? |
|
All of the merchants on BaZing have agreements to honor their discounts and offers. However, sometimes a merchant may forget they participate or something may go wrong. When we are made aware of those situations, we’ll make it right with our BaZing Guarantee. |
| What if I showed a mobile coupon and they did not accept it? |
| Again, we will honor the discount and notify the merchant. If you use the mobile coupon and it didn’t work, choose the option “I had a problem” to immediately let BaZing Customer Service know, and begin the process of getting your refund. Check out the BaZing Guarantee. |
| Are all benefits & discounts active once a member BaZing membership is activated? |
| A member is eligible for the benefits and discounts once their checking account is effective at HCCU. Eligibility for Cell Phone Protection begins the first day of the calendar month after the cell phone bill for the eligible accountholder is paid from the customer’s/member’s BaZing checking account. |
