To become a member, you must complete HCCU's Membership Enrollment/Signature Card and submit a one-time, $1 membership fee. In addition, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens or is a signer on an account. The information you provide is given to obtain credit from us. The approval of your credit request, Annual Percentage Rate (APR), and credit terms will be based on our review of credit reports and the information you provide on this application. By submitting this loan application, you agree to the following statements:

  • To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. I understand that when I open an account, I will be asked for my name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow HCCU to identify me. I understand that HCCU may also ask to see my driver's license or other identifying documents.
  • I understand that I must complete Co-Applicant section about my spouse or joint applicant if 1) this is to be a Joint Account; 2) my spouse will use this account; 3) I live in a community property state (such as California or Nevada); or 4) I am relying on alimony, child support, or separate maintenance payments or on the income or assets of another person as the basis for repayment of the credit requested.
  • I authorize you to gather whatever credit and employment information you consider appropriate from time to time. (I understand that this will assist, for example, in determining my eligibility for renewal of credit and additional extensions of credit). I authorize you to give information concerning your credit experience with me to others. I understand and agree that you may retain this application and any other credit information you may receive.
  • I understand that all approvals are conditional subject to the verification of any information you have submitted.
  • I certify the accuracy of the information in this application given and I will notify the Credit Union in writing immediately if there is any change in my financial condition. It is a violation of Section 1014, Title 18, U.S. Code, to make a false statement or overvalue security for the purpose of influencing the action of any federally-insured credit union.
  • I agree that by using or authorizing another to use the Account, I will be bound by the terms and conditions of the Heritage Community Credit Union Loan Agreement and Truth-in-Lending Disclosure Statement (which will be sent to me if my application is approved and before the first transaction is made).

Alimony, child support, or separate maintenance income need not be revealed if you do not wish to have it considered as a basis for repaying this obligation. If you wish to include such income, please provide it as part of the "other income" amount.

To apply for an auto or personal loan, log onto HCCU Online Banking. At the top menu line, click on “Additional Services”. From the drop down menu, select “Loan Application”. Fill out the form. Type your signature, then click “Submit”.
