Branch Service Availability
Certain transactions such as new accounts, loans, safe deposit access, etc., may require appointments at specific locations. Below is a list of available services at our branches:
Fair Oaks Branch – Full services are available without an appointment. We are limiting the number of people in our branches. Therefore, please be prepared; you may wait in line and outside before entering our branch.
Folsom Branch – Drive-up teller only; the lobby will be closed. Please call our Contact Center to make an appointment for safe deposit access.
Gold River Branch – Deposit and withdrawal transactions are available; however, new accounts, trusts, and loan services will not be available at the Gold River location. For these services, please visit our Fair Oaks Branch.
