Important message to our members about Coronavirus (COVID-19)

In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), Heritage Community Credit Union (HCCU) is closely monitoring ongoing developments with guidance from the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), federal, state and local health agencies. Your credit union leadership understands that many of us may be anxious at times like these. We respect the reasonable levels of concern that exist in our local community, in our country, and indeed across the world.

Please know that HCCU has taken several precautionary measures to support the health and safety of our members and employees, and reduced branch teams remain available to serve you. We have confirmed the high standards in our regular cleaning procedures at all branches, where we have also made hand sanitizer readily available. Additionally, we are communicating regularly with our employees to ensure that they are informed regarding best practices for keeping everyone safe.

Branch Availability

With our highest priority being the safety of our members and staff, HCCU has decided to temporarily close the Gold River branch.

This temporary closure will be effective March 30 - April 30, 2020. All other branches will remain open with reduced hours (see below).

Fair Oaks Branch
  • Monday – Friday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Saturday –  CLOSED
Folsom Branch
  • Monday – Friday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Saturday: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (drive-up teller only, the lobby will remain closed.)

Your HCCU Contact Center will remain open during normal business hours to assist you with your banking needs and answer questions at 916-364-1700 or 800-233-6328. 

We encourage our members to stay safe and conduct as many of your financial activities as possible remotely through HCCU’s comprehensive network of electronic services. Fortunately, ALL account related management activities, and virtually all transactions, can be conducted from the comforts of home, without the need to visit a branch.

From monitoring account balances to depositing checks to paying bills and even applying for a loan – it can all be done easily through HCCU's Mobile App, Online Banking and website. All of these user-friendly services are available online 24/7. Additionally, our Contact Center team is available to assist with your financial needs and answer any questions you may have during our regular business hours.

Consumer Loan Payment Deferment
