In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), Heritage Community Credit Union (HCCU) is closely monitoring ongoing developments with guidance from the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), federal, state, and local health agencies. Your credit union leadership understands that many of us may be anxious at times like these. We respect the reasonable levels of concern that exist in our local community, in our country, and indeed across the world.
The State of California has mandated the use of masks, specifically when entering public spaces. HCCU asks all visitors entering our branches to please wear a mask or face covering during your visit. Members conducting a transaction may be requested to briefly lower their masks for identification purposes.
Please know that HCCU has taken several precautionary measures to support the health and safety of our members and employees. We have confirmed the high standards in our regular cleaning procedures at all branches, where we have also made hand sanitizer readily available. Additionally, we are communicating regularly with our employees to ensure that they are informed regarding best practices for keeping everyone safe.

For members financially impacted by COVID-19, HCCU is offering low-interest loans to help with
