  • If you are already enrolled in ehccu-online banking, log into ehccu-online banking and click on "Mobile Banking & Alerts". Click on the "activate" button to enroll a mobile phone number and follow the directions provided.
  • In just a few minutes, you'll be ready to manage your HCCU accounts through texting! That's banking made simple.

How Do I Get Started?

  • To access Mobile eBanking from your mobile phone or device, you must first be enabled for ehccu-online banking access. To sign up for online access, please contact our Call Center at 916.364.1700 or 800.233.6328.
  • If you are already enrolled in ehccu-online banking, simply use the Internet browser on your mobile device to navigate to www.heritageccu.com. You will automatically be redirected to our Mobile eBanking login screen. Enter in your HCCU username and existing ehccu-online banking password.
  • Now you're ready to bank on the go! It's that easy.
