How Do I Get Started?

  • To access Mobile eBanking from your mobile phone or device, you must first be enabled for ehccu-online banking access. To sign up for online access, please contact our Call Center at 916.364.1700 or 800.233.6328.
  • If you are already enrolled in ehccu-online banking, simply use the Internet browser on your mobile device to navigate to www.heritageccu.com. You will automatically be redirected to our Mobile eBanking login screen. Enter in your HCCU account number and existing ehccu-online banking password.
  • Now you're ready to bank on the go! It's that easy.
     

Text Banking

Accessing your HCCU account information has never been easier with FREE Text Banking*! With just a few easy keystrokes on your mobile phone, you can check your account balances, recent transactions, and transfer funds from your savings account to your checking account, without the use of an Internet browser or enrolling in a data plan for your phone. Just like with a regular text message, the information is returned to you within seconds for quick and easy access on the go! Anytime, anywhere, never be without your HCCU account information again.

  • If you are already enrolled in ehccu-online banking, log into ehccu-online banking and click on "Mobile Banking & Alerts". Click on the "activate" button to enroll a mobile phone number and follow the directions provided.
